    Texas Roadhouse Teacher of the Month for January is Mrs. Joan Gostomski, First Grade.  Mrs.Gostomski will be receiving, courtesy of Texas Roadhouse in Appleton, a glass boot full of peanuts along with a gift card to Texas Roadhouse.  Thank you Mrs. Gostomski for having such a positive influence on all the students at GES!  You are the best!

Did you know???Knowledge-a-thon Pledges go back into the classrooms to cover programs and materials not appropriated in the annual budget. 

Knowledge a thon packets will be sent home this week.  We need volunteers to help test the children for the Annual Knowledge a thon.  So save the date of February, 24, 2010. 
Full day Kindergarten will test on Tuesday, February, 23, 2010.  Half day Kindergarten will test on the 24th.

 

Free Family Movie Day at Valley Value Cinema

Thanks to the families who joined us for a free movie.  It was great to see so many families enjoying the day off of school together.

 Message from the Officers...

We would love to say thank you for such a wonderful first half of the school year.  We have enjoyed getting to know many of you and giving the families at GES the opportunity to enjoy spending time together.  We look forward to the second half and hope to see many of you at all of our family events, meetings and in the halls.
